All over Dye Sublimation T-Shirt printing is similar to sublimation printing in that it uses the same process. Your artwork is printed onto a sheet of high-release paper and is then transferred directly onto your apparel using a combination of both heat and pressure.
Heat is used to convert the dye particles into a gas known as Sublimation and then bonds them with the polyester fibres. Unlike other methods, such as Screen Printing, the dye is absorbed directly into the fabric to produce a fantastic soft-to-the-hand feel.
WHAT IS DYE-SUBLIMATION?
Sublimation transfer is a printing method in which the design is first printed on a special transfer paper using sublimation inks. The design on this transfer paper will then be applied onto the fabric using a combination of heat and pressure. With this method, the ink will be bonded to the fabric, resulting in permanent, vibrant prints that will not fade.

Artwork file in either ai, eps, or jpeg format or relevant information regarding what design or text should look like or read as on products. Placement of design/text, size of design and colour selection desired in design.
