TYPE OF EMBROIDERY

Standard Embroidery

Standard Embroidery uses basic thread/yarn and the final result lays nearly flat on your chosen garment. It’s our most commonly used option and is probably what comes to mind first when you think of embroidery.

Patch Embroidery

Metallic Embroidery is unique in that the thread actually
consists of a rubber core wrapped in metallic thread.
Best used as an accent element in your design
rather than the main feature.

EMBROIDERY SIMPLE PROCESS

NAGA BEFORE-01.png

1. Embroidery Digitizing

In this process, the artwork is converted into a stitch file normally dst. file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment.  Digitizing is a complex process that is both art and science. The person who does this is the digitizer, they are the one who changes the type of stitches used in the design to best reproduce the artwork.

2. Sewing

The digitized artwork will then be loaded into the computerized embroidery machine and prepare for sewing. Before sewing,  we will frame the garments on the position to be embroidered in tension so to prevent tension. After sewing, trimming process will take place to make sure the logo is perfect without any hair-like thread splitting out of the logo.
