Digitizing is a complex process that is both art and science.
The person who does this is the digitizer, they are the one who changes the type of stitches used in the design to best reproduce the artwork.
The digitized artwork will then be loaded into the computerised embroidery machine and prepare for sewing.
Before sewing, we will frame the garments on the position to be embroidered in tension so to prevent tension.
After sewing, trimming process will take place to make sure the logo is perfect without any hair-like thread splitting out of the logo.
